How do you ship your packages?

We understand that when you order from an online smoke shop, you may prefer discreet delivery, due to the nature of our products. We always ship with discreet packaging, so the only people that will know about your delivery are you and us!

How fast are orders shipped?

Your order will ship out on the same day you buy it, with our efficient same day shipping service. Delivery times depend on the delivery address, but you will get an estimated delivery time during the checkout process. For our Quick Buy options, you can order them online and pick them up from your nearest Smoke King store!

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns, provided that products are sent back to us in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging within 5 days of your item being delivered to you. Find out more about our return and refund policy.

What if my order breaks during shipping?

Upon delivery of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can quickly sort out the issue.
